She was a housewife and member of the Mars Hill Baptist Church. Services were held at 12:00 noon Friday, July 20, at Mars Hill Baptist Church of Jena with Rev. H.Y. Franklin, officiating. Burial followed at Webster Cemetery of Trout under direction of Hixson Brothers Inc. of Jena. Survivors include one son, James Jackson of Jena; 11 grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Bobby Jackson, Leo Bell, David Jackson, Sie Mackey, Charles Jackson and Earl Hardwell.
