Willie Mae Goodman
Willie Mae Goodman, 83, of Georgetown, died at 8:55 p.m. Sunday, July
11, 1993 at the Rapides General Hospital in Alexandria.
She was born in Warren, Arkansas on February 26, 1910 to Monty Farr
and Mary Gather Farr.
Services were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 13, at the First Baptist
Church in Georgetown with Rev. Hartman Sullivan officiating.
Burial followed in Magnolia Cemetery south of Nebo under the direction
of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Jena.
Survivors include one daughter, Mary Nell Maxwell of Georgetown; three
sons, Larry Goodman and Harold Goodman, both of Georgetown; and Mickey
Goodman of Nashville, Tenn.; one brother, E. H. Farr of Winnfield; 12
grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
