LEE Graveside services for Mr. Dallas A. Lee, 84, of Monroe, will be 2 p.m., Wednesday, December 10, 2003, in Wilbanks Cemetery, LaSalle Parish, LA, with Don Glover and Jerry Lee oficiating. Burial will be under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe. Mr. Lee was born January 16, 1919, in Simpson County, MS and died Monday, December 8, 2003, at St. Francis Medical Center. He was a World War I United States veteran having served with the 304th Field Artillary of the 77th Infantry Division. He retired from the Louisiana State Police. Survivors include his wife, Edna Scarbrough Fields Lee; son, Dallas R. Lee and his family of Titusville, FL; daughter, Sarah Dickens and family of Maud, TX; stepchildren, Kevin Fields and family of Monroe and Krista Vidrine and family of Monroe; brother, Jack Lee of Jena, LA; sisters, Lois Woodard of Arcadia, LA and Katrine Andrews of Jena, LA; six grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; three step grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers wil be Jared Fields, Seth Vidrine, Larry Cain, Doug Lee, and Deacons of Forsythe Avenue Church of Christ. Honorary pallbearers will be the McDonald's Coffee Group and neighbors. Mr. Lee was a member of Forsythe Avenue Church of Christ, Monroe and his family has requested that memorials may be made to the church.
