She was a charge attendant at the State School for 25 years and was a member of the Pollock Pentecostal Church. She was born August 9, 1920 in Nebo to the union of James M. And Tommy Brooks Sanders. Services were held Sunday, Oct. 12 at the chapel of Kinner and Stevens Funeral Home in Jena. Interment followed in the Belah Cemetery of Trout under the direction of Kinner and Stevens, Inc. of Jena. Survivors include three daughters, Barbara Hall, Evelyn LaCroix and Lynda Hall all of Pollock; two sons, James A. Hall of Kelly and Rikki Abe Hall of Pollock; nine grandchildren and seven great-grand- children. ( Jena Times, October 15, 1997 )
