He was co-owner of C&H Lumber Company and a Baptist. Services for Mr. Henderson were held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 26th, in the chapel of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home in Jena with the Revs. Truman Leach and Wade Cummings, officiating. Burial was in Woodland Cemetery of Jena under direction of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Jena. Henderson is survived by his wife, Netse Den Bennett Henderson of Jena; two sons, Milton Henderson of Pineville and Denzil Henderson of Demoines, Iowa; one daughter, Pat Hunter of Searcy, Arkansas; one sister, Floy Jones of Junction City, Arkansas, 11 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Doc Eubanks, Donald Smith, Johnny Bradford, J.W. Nix, Charles Arnold, and Allen Coleman.
