She was a retired employee of Pinecrest State School where she served for 21 years and a member of Shady Grave Pentecostal Church of Nebo. Services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, January 1, at Shady Grove Pentecostal Church with Rev. Dan Davis officiating. Burial followed at Hailey Cemetery in the Nebo Community under direction of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of jena. Survivors include her husband, J.B. Hudsbeth of Nebo; two sons, John R. Hudsbeth of Pineville and Earnest Hudsbeth of Alexandria; three daughters, Christine Neal, Doris Boderlon and Joan Hudsbeth, all of Jena; one brother, Raymond Firth of Preston, England; two sisters, Doris Goody of Bolton, England and Winnie Mills of Preston, England; seven grandchildren and two great- grandchildren. Pallbearers were Dick Bradford, James W. Hudsbeth, Dave A. Hudsbeth, L.C. Coon, Garland Bailey and David Deville.
