ROY HINDMON OF BERWICK DIES

     Roy Hindmon, 63, of Berwick, died Thursday, March 31 at 5:40 p.m. at
Berwick.

     Funeral services were held at 2 p.m.  Saturday at the Oak Ridge Baptist
church with the Rev. Larry Walker officiating.  Burial followed in Belah
cemetery under the direction of Kinner and Stevens funeral home of Jena.

     Survivors include on son, J.  C.  Hindmon of Berwick; and two sisters,
Mrs.  Emma Griffin of Good Pine and Mrs.  Suda Mae Knight of Texas.
