MRS.  EUNICE HINDMON DIES IN JENA HOSPITAL

     Mrs.  Eunice Josephine Hindmon, 57, a resident of Midway, died at 3:10
a.m. Tuesday, December 29, 1959 in the Jena hospital.

     Mrs.  Hindmon had been a resident of Midway 30 years and was a member
of the Oak Ridge Baptist church.

     Services for Mrs.  Hindmon were held at the Oak Ridge Baptist church at
10 a.m., Wednesday, December 30.  The Revs.  L.  N. Walker and Walter Stone
conducted the services.  Interment followed in the Belah cemetery with
arrangements being made by Kinner and Stevens Funeral Home of Jena.

     Surviving Mrs.  Hindmon was her husband, Roy Hindmon; one son J.  C.
Hindmon of Berwick, La.; two brothers, Hardy and Baker Frazier of Rogers,
La.  And four sisters, Mrs.  Lula King of Midway, Mrs.  Eddie Neal and Mrs.
Grace White, both of Jena, and Mrs.  Cornelia Coon of Rogers, La.
