ROSA HUDSON

     Rosa Hudson, 89, of Jena, died Thursday, March 4, at the St. Frances
Cabrini Hospital in Alexandria.

     She was a homemaker and member of the Baptist faith.

     Services were held at 2:00 p.m. Friday at the chapel of Kinner and
Stevens Funeral Home of Jena, with the Revs.  S.  B.  Sprinks and Carroll
Garlington officiating.

     Burial followed in Belah Cemetery under direction of Kinner and
Stevens, Inc., of Jena.

     Survivors include two daughters, Sybil Parker of Jena and Marilyn
Crooks of West Monroe; 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

     Pallbearers were Eldred Parker, J.  W.  Crooks, David Crooks, Robert
Terral, Randy Parker and Lanny Poole.
