He was retired from the United States Air FOrce. He was born March 30, 1933 at Enterprise to the union of Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Hedrick. Services were held at 10 a.m., Saturday, June 24, at the chapel if Young's Funeral Home in Ferriday with Rev. Ernie Maynard officiating. Interment followed in the old Catahoula Cemetery at Enterprise under direction of Young's, Ferriday. Survivors include his wife, Alice Hedrick of Trout; one son, Steven Hedrick of Harvey; one daughter, Carla Hedrick Jowers of Boyce; two brothers, K. P. Hedrick of Trout and Ben Hedrick of Tahuya, Wa.; four sisters, Twanette Greene and Louella Greene, both of Pascagoula, Para Lea Wyant of Jena and Vena Faye Aarons of Harrisonburg; and four grandchildren. She was born in Mishawaka, Mi., on August 30, 1923, to the union of her parents, Rev. M. M. and Ruth Henderson. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Rev. Glenn Henderson and a sister, Lois Davis. Services were held at noon on Thursday, April 17, at More Life tabernacle in Swartz Creek, Mi., with Rev. Crawford Coon of Jena and pastor Jerry F. J. Stoner officiating. Interment followed in Floral Gardens Cemetery in Bay City, Mi., under direction of Swartz Funeral Home. Local arrangements were under direction of Kinner and Stevens Funeral Home of Jena. He was founder and owner of H&K Industries, Inc., and a pipefitter at Louisiana Ordinance Plant during World War II. He was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church. Henson was currently the authorized dealer for Amsoil products. Henson, the son of the late Clay Floyd and Evelina Vallet Henson, was born in Livonia on April11, 1906. Servicces were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, November 5, from the chapel of Riser and Son Funeral Hoem in Olla with Pastor Jack Fry officiating.
