Mrs. Jeter, who resided on Galvin's Creek on the Ezell place, died at the home of John Collins at Nebo from pneumonia after she had been sick for some time. She was a member of the Baptist church and leaves three sons and one daughter as well as many other relatives and friends to mourn her passing. Funeral services and interment were held at Monterey on Wednesday in charge of Kinner & Stevens.
