Loda Nugent Jones

Loda Nugent Jones, 90, of the Searcy Community, died at 5:15 p.m. Sunday,
December 31, 1989 at the LaSalle General Hospital.

She was a retired nurse, having served Dr. I. C. Turnley Jr. of Jena for many
years, a member of the United Methodist Church and Order of the Eastern Star.

Services were held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at the chapel of Kinner and Stevens
Funeral Home with Rev. Bill Robertson and Joe Nugent, officiating.

Burial followed at the Belah Cemetery under direction of Kinner and Stevens
Funeral Home of Jena.

Survivors include a daughter, Dorothy Campbell of Trout; two sons, C. C> Jones
of Jefferson, Texas and Louis Jones of Shreveport; two sisters, Charlotte
Juneau of Tioga and Cora Gough of Trout; six grandchildren and one great-
grandchild.

Pallbearers were David Cole, John Campbell, Ernest Jones, David Hartzo,
Phillip Hartzo and Sam Gulde.
