Services were held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday at the chapel of Kinner and Stevens Funeral Home with Revs. Huey Tarpley and J.P. Owens, officiating. Burial followed at Woodland Cemetery of Jena under direction of Kinner and Stevens Inc., of Jena. Survivors include two sons, Charles Kendrick of Jena and James L. Kendrick; two daughters, Rita Amyx of Jena and Ginger McClure of Wildsville; five brothers, Lloyd Kendrick, Bill Kendrick and H.C. Kendrick, all of Jena, Frank Watkins of Denham Springs and Glenn Kendrick of Tullos; two sisters, Ethel Johnson of Midwest, Okla., and Nell Stussy of yorbalinda, Calif.; eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Pallbearers were Ronnie Kendrick, Donnie Kendrick, John L. Kendrick, John E. Bradford, Terry W. Bradford and Ted Bradford.
