Lee, Sr., 58, of Urania, died Tuesday, August 18, 1998, at his residence in Urania. He was a truck driver with P & O Falco, Inc. He was born in Urania on July 21, 1940, to the union of Willis Whitfield and Alay Mae Smith Lee. Services were held at 10 a.m., Friday, Aug. 21 at the First Baptist Church in Urania with Rev. John N. Powe and Rev. Patricia Jones officiating. Interment followed in the Beech Creek Cemetery near Winnfield under direction of Riser Funeral Home of Olla. Survivors include his wife, Christine Coon Lee of Urania; one son, Richey Lee of Urania; three daughters, Kemberly Speaks of Nebo, Cindy Parker of Natchitoches and Robin Biggs of Urania; his mother, Alay Mae Lee of Urania; three brothers, James Stanley lee, Whit Lee, Jr. and Jack Lee, Sr., all of Urania; one sister, Sarah Jones of Urania and five grandchildren. Pallbearers were Ronnie lee, Ronald Lee, Jeffery Jones, Donald Lee, Heath Lee and Willis Lee, III.
