She was a beautician and member of Midway Baptist Church. She was born April 30, 1927, in Jena, to the union of Iley M. and Alma Graham Brian. Services were held at 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 18, in the chapel of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Jena with the Revs. Rick Feazell and Craig James officiating. Interment followed in the Tidwell Cemetery of Sharptown under direction of Hixson Brothers, Inc. of Jena. Survivors include her husband, John Q. Lamb of Trout; one daughter, Donna Miller of Jena; one ste-daughter, Shirley Bryant of Shreveport; one son, D. Carl Husbands of Jena; one step-son, Johnny Lamb of Trout; one sister, Jimmie Reeves of Jena; two brothers, J. D. Brian of Jena and Kenneth Brian of mesquite, Texas; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Wayne Richardson, Cleveland Poole, Billy Lamb, Derek Brian, Darty Brian, and Mark Poole.
