                       Mrs. Lula G. King
                       Succumbs At Home

     Mrs. Lula Gertrude King, 68, of Midway, died Monday, March 26 at 
5:30 p.m. in her home.
      Funeral services were conducted Wednesday, at 10 a.m. from the 
Midway Baptist church with Rev. J. D. Thompson officiating.  Burial 
followed in the Belah cemetery with Kinner and Stevens funeral home of 
Jena in charge.
     Survivors include Mrs. King's husband, Frazier King;  four 
daughter, Mrs. Earl Speights of Belmont, Mrs. W. J. Nunnally of Bastrop, 
Mrs. G. L. Gregory of Hallsville, Texas and Mrs. R. L. Stanley of Jena;  
one son, Howard King of Baton Rouge;  two brother, Hardy Frazier and 
Baker Frazier of Rogers;  Three sisters, Mrs. Eddie Neal and Mrs. Grace 
White of Jena and Mrs. Cornella Coon of Rogers;  10 grandchildren and 
three great-grandchildren.
     Pallbearers were Russell Neal, O. D. Frazier, James Frazier, J. D. 
Frazier, Earl Ray Coon and Harvey Frazier.
