Miller, 86, of Olla, died Wednesday, February 11, 1998, in Hardtner Medical Center of Urania. He was a member of the Olla United Methodist Church, a retired sawmill sawyer and a trouble shooter for the sawmill industry. Services were held at 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 13, at the Olla United Methodist Church with Rev. Jenny Cox officiating. Interment followed in the Olla Cemetery under direction of Riser Funeral Home of Olla. Survivors include his wife, Eva Walsh Miller of Olla; one son, Henry "Bo" Miller, Jr., of West Monroe; three daughters, Janean Jones of Tioga, Martha Durden of Monroe and Faye Kaufman of Baton Rouge; two step-sons, Joe B. Walsh, Jr., of Houma and Rufus Shelby Walsh of Ypsilanti, Mich.; two step- daughters, Patricia Nowlin of Urania and Pauline McCarty of Olla; 13 grand- children and numerous great-grandchildren.
