Mrs. Agnes McCarty, 82, of Tullos, died at 10:15 p.m., Saturday, May 11, 1985,
at Rapides General Hospital.

Services were held at 2 p.m. Monday in the chapel of Hixson Brothers, Funeral
Home of Jena, with Revs. William Gates and Mike Greene, officiating.

Burial followed at the Belah Cemetery of Belah under arrangements by Hixson
Brothers of Jena.

Survivors include her husband, Wiston McCarty of Tullos; a step-daughter,
Beryl Dean Taylor of Natchitoches; a step-son, Howard McCarty of Olla; a
brother, Clarence Lowe of Springhill; 15 step-grandchildren and 8 step-great-
grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Terry McCarty, Randy McCarty, Gary Taylor, Howard McCarty,
Sherman McCarty and Herman McCarty.
