Mrs. Sallie Lees Murphy Buried Friday

Mrs. Sallie Edwards Lees Murphy, of Jena, died at 6:50 p.m. on Wednesday,
December 5, 1979, at the LaSalle General Hospital in Jena.

She was a homemaker and member of the First Baptist Church in Jena.

Services were held at 2 p.m. Friday at the First Baptist Church with Rev. A.
I. Norsworthy, pastor, officiating.

Burial followed at the Jena Cemetery on near Jena with arrangements by Kinner
and Stevens Inc. of Jena.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Jewell Breithaupt and Mrs. Rita Farley,
both of Jena; two sons, Henry Lees and Curtis Lees, both of Jena; 17
grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Dale Breithaupt, Karl Breithaupt, Keith Breithaupt, Gene
Farley, George Nealy, Wesley Williams, Sonny Lees and Freddie Lees.
