She was a homemaker and member of the First Methodist Church in Olla. She was born on January 1, 1899, at Holum to the union of Bertram Godfrey and Amanda Warner Humphries. Services were held at 3 p.m., Sunday, Jan. 3, at the First Methodist Church in Olla with Rev. Jenny Walters officiating. Interment followed in the Welcome Home Cemetery near Grayson under direction of Riser Funeral Home of Olla. Survivors include one son, Mayor Bernard Mille of Olla; one daughter, Meleese Mauterer Sellers of Olla; two brothers, B. G. Humphries of Marksville and K. M. Humphries of Pineville; three sisters,May Mays of Clarks, neina Dicktel of Shreveport and Helen Browning of Katy, Texas; five grandchildren, 13 great- grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Pallbearers were Todd Long, Ken Gremillion, Andy Honeycutt, Timmy Duke, Michael Duke and Shelby Loe, Jr.
