Mallie A. McKeithen

Mallie A. McKeithen, 88, of the LaSalle Nursing Home, died at 3:00 a.m.
Friday, January 8, 1988, at the LaSalle General Hospital.

Services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Pine Hill Baptist Church with Rev. B.
G. Dyss, officiating.

Burial followed in Kees Cemetery near Urania under direction of Hixson
Brothers Funeral Home of Jena.

Survivors include one son, David McKeithen of Jena; four daughters, Margaret
Embrey of Houston, Texas, Roberta Chandler of Dry Prong, Allena Calhoun of
Angleton, Texas and Evalena Coleman of Jena; 14 grandchildren and 13 great-
grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Kenneth Nugent, Leon Nugent, Michael Barnes, Bruce Rutledge,
David McKeithen and Carl Weatherford.
