Pearl Mills

Pearl Franklin Mills, 78, of Pleasant Ridge community of near Olla, died about
2:30 p.m. Monday, February 26, 1990, at the LaSalle General Hospital in Jena
following an extended illness.

She was a resident of the LaSalle Nursing Home, a member of Pleasant Ridge
Baptist church, Order of Eastern Star and lifelong resident of LaSalle Parish.

Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, March 3, at the Pleasant Ridge
Baptist Church with Rev. Joel Johnson, officiating.

Burial will follow in Blake cemetery under direction of Riser and Son Funeral
Home of Columbia.

Visitation at funeral home will be from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. through Friday and
from 8 a.m. until time for service Saturday at the church.

Survivors include a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.
