Donald James Maxey

Donald James Maxey, 42, of New Orleans, died at 8:00 Sunday, September 2, 1990
at his residence in that city.

He was assistant Medical Administrator for the Veterans Administration
Hospital in New Orleans and a member of the Baptist faith.

Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. today (Wednesday) at the chapel of Edmonds
Funeral Home in Winnfield with Dr. Calvin Phelps and Rev. Danny Keyes,
Officiating.

Interment will follow at the Garden Memories Cemetery of Winnfield under
direction of Edmonds Funeral Home.

Survivors include his mother, Janie Bethard Maxey of Winnfield and formerly of
LaSalle Parish and a brother, Bobby Maxey of Houston, Texas.
