She was a housewife. Services were held at 2 p.m., Friday, September 7, 1990, at East Jena Baptist Church, with Rev. Truman Leach officiating. Burial was in Pleasant Hill Cemetery under direction of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Jena. Mrs. Neal is survived by one son, Pete Neal of Vidalia; three daughters, Jewell Humble of Jena, Daisy Frazier of Weatherford, Texas, and Velma Cowart of Jonesville; two half-brothers, Clyde Coleman and Alvin Coleman of Jena; and one half-sister, Josie Norris of Jena; 16 grandchildren and 30 great- grandchildren. Pallbearers were Wayne Lanier, Mike Neal, Tim Neal, Kenny Cowart, David Eubanks, Clifford Eubanks, Dennis Cowart and Alvin Frazier.
