Headline:  Elva Aswell, 16, Dies Friday in Jonesville

Elva Aswell, 16 year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Willie Aswell of 
Jonesville, died Friday, August 20.  Funeral rites were held at 3 p.m. August 
21 at the Georgetown Cemetery, where the deceased was interred.

Miss Aswell was born September 4, 1932, in Catahoula Parish.

She is survived by her parents, two brothers, John and Silas, and one sister, 
Willie Mae, all of Jonesville.

Funeral services were under the direction of Hixson Brothers.
