Funeral services were conducted at Oak Grove Cemetery, near Colfax, on Monday afternoon, with Rev Albritton, of Trout officiating. "Jimmy," as Mr Brunson was familiarly known among the people of Jena, had been an employee of C. I. Humphries' garage in Jena for five years and had made many friends because of his pleasing personality and his manly conduct at all times. He is survived by his wife and one child; his mother, Mrs L. E. Brunson, of Colfax; two brothers, A. J. Brunson, of Trout and R. E. Brunson of Colfax; five sisters, Mrs T. L. Futrell, Misses Hattie, Eva, Ethel, and Jewell Brunson, of Colfax.
