J. B. Robinson of Jena officiating. Interment took place at the Pine Grove Cemetery near Rhinehart, under the direction of Kinner and Stevens Funeral Home of Jena. Surviving are: F. E. Brown, husband; Ollie Brown, Blanch Fuzzell, both of Jena, Cora Wright of Winnsboro and Faye Brown of Rhinehart, daughters; Emmett Brown and H. C. Brown of Rhinehart, sons. The deceased was the former Miss Mary Paul and was a member of the Church of God of Jena.
