From The Jena Times - Olla Tullos Signal Date: Wednesday, November 7, 2001 Page: 13A Headline: Area Deaths Cleo Elizabeth Baum Cleo Elizabeth Baum, 71, of Olla, died Thursday, November 1, 2001, at Hardtner Medical Center in Urania. A homemaker, she was born July 27, 1930 in Hot Spricngs, Arkansas to the union of Otto and Gracie Stinnett Hayes. Services were held at 2 p.m., Sunday, November 3, at the chapel of Riser Funeral Home in Olla with the Revs. Bobby Cruse, Larry Adkins, Johnny Barnhill and Ron Bray officiating. Internment followed at the Harris Chapel Cemetery near Olla under direction of Riser Funeral Home of Olla. Survivors include her husband, T. Calvin Baum of Tyler, Texas; three sons, William Baum and Bruce Baum, both of Olla and Roger Dale Baum of Winnsboro; four daughters, Wilma Carter of Urania, Brenda Jones of Clarks, Wanda "Susie" Stevens of Olla, and Tammy Harris of Lake Charles; two sisters, Emma Jean Morgan of Livingston, Tx. And Aline Cook of Hot Springs, Ark.; 13 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Grandsons and grandson-in-law served as pallbearers.
