Sub-Headline:  Catherine Smith Browne

Catherine Smith Browne, 63, of Pineville, died Saturday, July 3, 1999, at 
Lakeview Regional Medial Center in Covington.

She was a certified nurses aide.

Services were held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, July 6, in the chapel of Hixson 
Brothers Funeral Home of Jena with the Rev. Steve Spear officiating.

Interment followed in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery near Jena under direction of 
Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Jena.

Survivors include one daughter, Linda Diana Arnett of LaConbe; three sons, 
Eddie Cavanaugh of Naples, Fla., Jackie Cavanaugh and Jack Cavanaugh, Jr., 
both of New Orleans; 13 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Pallbearers were Shane Arnett, Chris Arnett, Zack Cavanaugh, Josh Cavanaugh, 
Eddie Cavanaugh, Jackie Cavanaugh, Jack D. Cavanaugh, Jake Cavanaugh, Kenneth 
Bagwell, and Howard C. Davis.
