Katie Peyton Bush, 88, of Daingerfield, Texas, and a native of Jena, died in 
that city on December 3, 1995.

She was born December 19, 1907, at Jena.

Funeral services were held in the First Baptist Church of Daingerfield at 10 
a.m., on December 6.

Burial followed in the Daingerfield Cemetery.

Survivors include one daughter, Barbara Nix of Daingerfield; one son, Alton 
Bush of Wichita Falls, Texas; two sisters, Nellie Chapman of Jena and Inez 
Clayton of Houston, Texas; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
