B.D. Watson officiating, assisted by Mr. Enos Breithaupt. Interment took place in the Nolley Memorial cemetery under the direction of Hixson Bros. Funeral Home. Deceased was a native of Jena and a member of the Selma Methodist church. He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Mary Cockerham of Jena; two brothers, Quincy of Baton Rouge, and Louis of Jena; six sisters, Mrs. Velma Paul, Anise, Thereso Mae and Adele of Jena, Mrs. W.P. Lindle of Baton Rouge and Mrs. H.R. Ellis of Lismore.
