Headline:  Mrs. Mary E. Coon Lifetime Jena Resident, Dies

Mrs. Mary E. Coon, 68, a lifetime resident of Jena, died in the Jena Hospital 
this morning (Thurs.) at 2:05 a.m.  She was a member of the Crossroads 
Baptist Church.

Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 23, at 2:30 p.m., at the 
Crossroads Baptist Church with the Rev. O. G. Cannon officiating.  Interment 
will be in Tidwell Cemetery at Nebo.  Arrangements are by Kinner and Stevens 
Funeral home of Jena.

Mrs. Coon is survived by two brothers, Iley Brian and Gene Brian of Nebo; one 
sister, Mrs. Rosa Adams of Nebo; five sons, O. U. and William of Jena, Wade 
of Trout, Oral of Dallas, Texas, and Marvin of Houston, Texas, and eight 
grandchildren.
