Headline:  George Coleman Passes Away Thurs.

George W. Coleman, age 68, passed away at a local hospital at 8 a.m. today.  
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Ollie Coleman of Jena, two daughters, Mrs. 
Hollie Haughton of Shreveport, and Mrs. Thelma Dunn of LaPort, Texas; one 
brother, Lee Coleman of Forest Hill, two sisters, Mrs. E. W. Reams of Monroe, 
and Mrs. Sis Russell of Texas.  The funeral arrangements are under the 
direction of Hixson Brothers and the funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. 
Friday at the First Baptist Church of Jena.  Interment will be in Nolley 
memorial Cemetery.  The remains are at the residence of Mrs. Lou Doughty.
