Headline:  Services for Jacob Franklin Cockerham

Funeral services for Mr. Jacob Franklin Cockerham, 78 years old, were held 
January 4, 1944, at the Rochelle Baptist Church at 2 p.m.  Interment was in 
the Olla Cemetery.

Mr. Cockerham, a resident of Rochelle for the past 28 years, was born in Winn 
Parish Nov. 19, 1866.  He died at 12 o'clock, Jan. 2, 1944, at his home.

Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Betty Cockerham, one son; Lester Cockerham, and 
one brother, Col. Cockerham.

Hixson Brothers were in charge of funeral arrangements.
