Headline:  Area Deaths

Mary "May" Chevallier, 101, of Jonesville, died at 5:55 p.m., Wednesday, July 
21, 1999, in LaSalle General Hospital of Jena.

She was a homemaker.

Services were held at 11 a.m., Friday, July 23, in the chapel of Hixson 
Brothers Funeral Home of Jena with the Revs. Joey Paul, Mac Walker, and Tom 
Lowe officiating.

Burial followed in the Woodland Cemetery of Jena under direction of Hixson 
Brothers Inc. of Jena.

Survivors include three daughters, Melba Bradford of Jonesville, Pearl Gibson 
and Marie Gibson, both of Jena; one son, Blanchard Chevallier of Jonesville; 
seven grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and six 
great-great-grandchildren.
