The Revs. Marvin Guern, Ross Allen, and O. G. Cannon conducted the final rites at 3 p.m., with interment following in the Tidewell Cemetery under the direction of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Jena. In addition to the parents, the infant is survived by a brother, Melvin, and a sister, Janice Ann; the maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. James F. Adams of Nebo Route, Jena, and the paternal grandfather, Luther Campbell of Natchez, Miss. The Rev. Allen conducted graveside rites, following the services at the church, and serving as pallbearers were Payton Adams, Don Adams, Homer Adams, and Jewel Smith.
