Cooley Of Jena Dies Funeral services were held for Ira Napoleon Cooley, 69, of Jena at 3 p.m. Friday in Hixson Brothers funeral home in DeRidder. Burial followed in the Newlin cemetery under direction of Hixson Brothers funeral home. Mr. Cooley died at his home Tuesday Mar. 29. Survivors are his widow, two sons, Leo Cooley of Tripoli, Libya, Africa and Paul Cooley of Jena; four daughters, Mrs. Norman Labue and Mrs. W.E. Shirley, Jr., both of DeRidder, Mrs. J. Langdon of Fort Lee, Md.; and Mrs. Roy Williams of Jena, two brothers, Robert Cooley and Butress Cooley, both of Jena, three sisters, Mrs. Nettie Nichols and Mrs. Mary Cloessner, both of Jena and Mrs. Sally Thompson of DeQuincy; and 13 grandchildren.
