Headline:  Urania Citizen Dies During Operation

Dallie L. Chapman, age 38, of Urania, died at 5:30 p.m. January 31, while 
undergoing a very serious operation at Alexandria.

Mr. Chapman was a valued citizen of Urania, an employee of the Urania Lumber 
Co., for many years.  He is survived by his wife, two daughters, Mildred and 
Vivian, one sister, Mrs. Eugene Buckley; and two brothers, Claude and Jeff.  
All except the latter reside in Urania.

Funeral services were held Friday in the Pine Hill Baptist Church under 
direction of Rev. Bridges, pastor of the Urania church.
