Mr. Dayton was 73 years 9 months and 23 days of age, he leaves to mourn his passing Mrs. Rosa May Dayton wife, Milton Dayton, Nancy Dayton, Sallie Cotton sisters, Mrs. Leon Kirby, Mrs. O.R. Wurster, Mrs. W.C. Beard and Mrs. W.L. Frisbie daughters, E.W. Dayton Jr. and John Dayton sons, 23 grandchildren and two great grandchildren, and a number of other relatives. Mr. Dayton was a member of the Masons Lodge of Jonesville, Masons were in charge at the cemetery but burial was under the direction of Kinner and Stevens of Jena.
