Mr Doshier was taken to a New Orleans hospital some months ago for treatment and everything possible was done to effect a cure for the young man, but to no avail. He was returned to his home here about two months ago where his condition grew gradually worse until the end came Wednesday moning. He was the son of Mrs Welthea and the late Richard Harris Doshier, his father having died suddenly during the early part of March this year. Funeral sevices were held from the Jena Baptist Church at 3:30 pm, Wednesday, Rev L. D. Posey, pastor, presiding. Interment was in the family plot at Heard Cemetery, Manifest. The deceased is survived by his mother and the following brothers and sisters: Mrs F. L. Richardson of Jena, T. O. Doshier, Manifest; J. T. Doshier, Jena; Mrs J. W. McClure, Dixie; J. H. Doshier, Lake Charles, and Woodie Doshier and Miss Lydia Doshier, all of Jena.
