Dosher of Jena Succumbs Tollie Owen (Dutch) Dosher, 63, of Jena died Sunday, April 22 at 2 am at his residence. A Jena merchant, he had been in bad health for some time. Funeral services were conducted Monday at 10 am from the Jena First Baptist Church, where he was a member, by the Rev. Dan Blake. Burial followed in Richardson Cemetery near Jena under the direction of Kinner and Stevens Funeral Home. Survivors include Mr. Dosher's widow, Mrs. Aline Dosher of Jena; one son, Taliford H. (Pete) Dosher of Ruston; one brother, Woodie Dosher of Shreveport; three sisters, Mrs. Lydia Flowers and Mrs. Ruby Richardson, both of Jena, and Mrs. Trudie McClure of Baltimore, Md. Pallbearers were Harvey McClendon, Herbert Hawthorne, Allen Fortson, Charlie Richardson, Barney Basham and Bennie Williams. Honorary pallbearers were Nick Edwards, Mose Walker, Cicero Finlay, Rad Heard, Oscar Peyton, and Jim Turner.
