She was a retired telephone operator and a member of the First Baptist Church of Jena. She was born Feb. 9, 1915, in Jena, to the union of Walter and Margaret Doughty Wright. Services were held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, Dec. 7, at the chapel of Kinner and Stevens Funeral Home of Jena with the Revs. Dominick DiCarlo and Johnnie Phillips officiating. Interment followed in Heard Cemetery of Manifest under direction of Kinner and Stevens Funeral Home of Jena. Survivors include one son, Joe David Dosher of Winnfield, one brother, Monroe "Monk" Wright of Jena; two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Edwin Wright, Kenny Wright, Perry Little, Tommy Wright, Rex Powell, and Donnie Sheppard.
