Davis, 90 year old resident of Dubach who died in a Shreveport hospital Monday morning, were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Pine Grove Baptist Church with Rev. D. O. Foster, officiating, assisted by Rev. A. B. Odom. Interment under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Ruston followed in the Pine Grove Cemetery. Mr. Davis, born in Anniston, Ala., had been a resident of Lincoln Parish for the past 46 years. He is survived by three daughters, Mrs. A. W. Womble of Dallas, Mrs. Louella Cruse and Mrs. D. C. McGee, both of Dubach; six sons, Burl Davis of Dubach, Charley Davis of Jena, Gus D. Davis of Minden, Mack Davis of Epps, Jim Davis of Cullen, and Cull Davis of Shreveport; 43 grandchildren, 64 great-grandchildren, and one great-great, grandchild.
