Sub-Headline: Edwyna H. Dotson

Edwyna H. Dotson, 83, of Trout, died at 5 a.m., Saturday, September 16, 2000, 
at LaSalle General Hospital of Jena.

She was a retired nurse and a Nazarene.

Services were held at 10 a.m., Monday, Sept. 18, in the chapel of Hixson 
Brothers Funeral Home of Jena with the Revs. Fred Summers, Curtis Cox, and 
Leonard Wilson officiating.

Interment followed in the Belah Cemetery of Trout under direction of Hixson 
Brothers, Inc., of Jena.

Survivors include her husband, Huey Dotson of Trout; one daughter, Mary 
Frances Marchand of Bossier City; one sister, Ruthe Strother of Pineville; 
one brother, Willard Herbert of Albuquerque, New Mexico; and three 
grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Michael Marchand, Daniel Marchand, Twyman Appleby, Paul 
Dailey, Robert Dailey, and L. J. Wilson, with Bill Appleby serving as 
honorary pallbearer.
