Edwards, 58, of Jonesville died recently. Funeral services for Thomas Henry Edwards were held at 2:30 p. m. Monday, Jan. 10 in the Pine Grove Baptist Church near White Hall. Burial was in Pine Grove Cemetery. He died at 10:30 a. m. Sunday, Jan. 9. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Maudie Jolly Edwards of Harrisonburg; one daughter, Mrs. Elizabeth Faye Edwards of Jonesville; three sons, Tommy and Ronald Edwards of Ferriday; two brothers, Johnny Edwards and Sammy Edwards of Jonesville; one sister, Mrs. Virginia Abbott of Coleville, Calif.; his mother, Mrs. Annie Edwards of Jonesville; and seven grandchildren. Also, surviving are several aunts and uncles in this area. Services for Sam H. Edwards were held at 2 p. m. Thursday Jan. 20, in the First Pentecostal Church of Jonesville with burial at Pine Grove Cemetery of Manifest. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Emma Edwards; one son, W. N. Edwards of Jonesville; one sister, Mrs. Virginia Abbott of Coteville, Calif.; one stepdaughter, Mrs. Jack Jackson of Jonesville; one stepson, Jesse Bowman of Jonesville; his mother, Mrs. Annie Edwards of Jonesville; and several aunts and uncles.
