Funeral services were conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Pisgah Baptist Church of Manifest, with the Rev. Larry Kennedy and the Rev. Joe Cruse officiating. Burial followed at Heard Cemetery near Manifest under the direction of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Jena. Survivors include her husband, Lemuel Estis of Manifest; one daughter, Mrs. Ellouise Corley of Manifest, one son, Jacob W. Estis of Baton Rouge, one brother, Hyrkenous Idom of Wisconsin; four sisters, Mrs. Omega Saxon of Shreveport, Mrs. Lucy Self of Mt. Vernon, Ill., Mrs. Thelma Spears of Mansfield and Mrs. Gracie Mae Roe of Holland, Mich.; and three grandchildren. Pallbearers were Lank Estis, Willis Estis, Dennis Estis, Perry Luttrell, Webb Beasley and Ed Estis.
