Headline:  Mrs. Rosie Lee Evans Died Friday

Mrs. Rosie Lee Evans, 81, of Harrisonburg, died last Friday, December 23, 
1977, at the Jefferson Davis Hospital in Natchez, Miss.

Final rites were conducted at 2:00 p.m. Saturday at the Chapel of Kinner and 
Stevens Inc. of Jena with Rev. Willard Norris, officiating.

Burial followed at Taylors Chapel Cemetery of near Summerville under 
direction of Kinner and Stevens Inc. of Jena.

Survivors include her husband, Clark Evans of Harrisonburg; two daughters, 
Mrs. Eloise Kirl of Jena and Mrs. Sammie Shirman of Vidor, Texas; 16 
grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.

Pallbearers were Alfres Tarver, Herman Netherland, David Miles, Edward Kirl, 
Tommy Kirl, and W. T. Deville.
