F. Flaherty, whose death occured on Tuesday evening, May 17, at 7 o'clock, at the family home here. Rev E. J. Phares, pastor of the Good Pine Baptist Church, officiated and interment was made in the Magnolia Cemetery. Death was caused by septic semia, the child being ill for only a week. On Saturday she was conveyed to Alexandria for medical treatment, being returned to her homer here the same evening. The host of attendants at the funeral and the lovely floral offerings attested to the popularity of this little miss, whose radiate personality brought happiness to all who knew her. She leaves to mourn her passing her parents, one sister, Miss Barbara, and three brothers, Mike, Fred, LaMar. Deepest sympathy is extended the bereaved.
