In memory of a dear mother and grandmother, Mrs. E. Firth of Preston, 
England, who passed away March 2, 1954.

God gives and God takes away.
He called our mother home one day.

Life since has been lonely and sad.
The sweetest mother one ever had.

Ten lonely yeas have come and gone, 
Since she left her earthly home.

How we miss her words fail to say,
So, we write in memory of her today.
