Farrar Dies at Lismore Plantation C. F. Farrar, 76, a prominent Jonesville real estate broker, died Tuesday, Dec. 11, of a heart attack on one of his plantations at Lismore. Funeral services were held on Dec. 12 at the Jonesville Methodist Church, of which he was a long and faithful member. The Rev. L. G. Williams conducted the final rites, with interment following in Fayette, Miss. Masonic services were held at the graveside. A resident of Jonesville for the past 40 years, he had been a merchant and plantation owner before entering the real estate brokerage business. He still had extensive plantation holdings at the time of his death. Mr. Farrar is survived by his wife, two daughters, two grandsons, and a brother.
